What's the hell with Marvel and DC?

First, Marvel Comics had been bought by Disney. How shocked I was when I read the news.

Then, DC and Time Warner created The DC Entertaiments. Then, I said Come in!!! Isn't Time Warner owner of DC Comics for many years? Why they decided to created DC Entertaiment now?

It is like that Mickey owns Spider-Man and Bugs owns Batman. Let's see what happens next.
